There's plenty to love about Dyson’s 20-inch Adventure Folding e-bike. Ideally suited to city commuters, apartment dwellers or travellers who like to store their bikes in their cars or vans. Because of their size, they're super easy to take on the tram or train with you to get across town or, if storage is your concern - they are so compact you can store them out of the way in a cupboard in your apartment, caravan or RV. There's no such thing as a headwind on an electric bike!

Features
The Dyson Adventure Folding electric bike has a removable 11.6AH battery pack cleverly integrated in the alloy frame.

The battery can be easily removed in about 30 seconds - simply open the hinge, fold the bike and then slide the battery out. Charge the battery using the included 240V charger (either within the bike or once you've removed it) which features a Battery Management System.

The motor is controlled by the inbuilt computer which senses the revolutions of the crank, so the faster you pedal the more it ‘helps’ you along by using the powerful 250 Watt electric motor to spin the rear wheel for you. For your safety, the motor assistance cuts out as soon as you pull either brake level or stop pedalling.

The major feature of this e-bike is that it easily folds for storage and transport. You do not need any special tools - you simply release the locking mechanism with your hands and then fold the bicycle, then a second latch allows you to fold the head stem! Once folded, the bike will fit easily in most vehicles. The approximate maximum dimensions when folded are 88 x 69 x 40cm.

Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Home Delivery of all bike brands in selected areas of Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and Geelong regions as well as Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.

Shipping
Shipped orders will be dispatched within two business days for direct to door orders excluding orders with stock located at Warehouse 2 which will dispatch within five business days. We provide free shipping on orders over $79 AUD (excluding bikes and bulky good items), Australia wide via Australia Post and TNT. For orders under $79 we charge a flat rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide ($14.95 AUD to Western Australia), via Australia Post and TNT. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, bike trailers, car racks, roof racks, child seats and some scooters. Please see the specific product page for more details.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing. If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave a card or if you have a MyPost account via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.

For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3179. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Home Delivery Service
For Home Delivery orders, our customer service team will be in contact to coordinate a delivery time to ensure that we can deliver your goods within an agreed time window. Please note that Home Delivery Service is only available for orders that include bulky goods such as bikes, indoor trainers, baby seats, car racks and scooters within selected postcodes within the Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and Geelong Regions for a delivery fee ranging from $25 - $50. A full list of these areas and description of ‘bulky good’ items can be referenced by referring to our Home Delivery section.

Free Click & Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.

Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.

We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.

To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.

You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.

Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

Returns

In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders

For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

Online Purchases

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange please email webstore@bicyclesuperstore.com.au and include the following information:

·     Your original sales order number.

·     Which items you wish to return or exchange

·     Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive request reply.

Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.

Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Bicycle Superstore will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
