About Knog Frog Light Twinpack
Taking cues from some of Knog’s most technologically advanced lights, Frog now features advanced Chip on board (COB) LED technology. This allows Frog to create high intensity light in a compact and low-profile light. Producing 40 lumens for the front light and 20 for the rear. These lights are powerful enough for everyday commuting or as a complement to your existing lighting set-up.

Advanced Side Visibility: 
Another benefit of the COB technology is that it allows the LED’s to be arranged on a curved board. This means that light is emitted from the sides of the light greatly adding to the side visibility of the light and the additional safety this provides the rider.

100% Waterproof: With an IP rating of IP65, these lights keep on shining whatever the weather.

USB-C Rechargeable: 
This is the first Frog light ever that is rechargeable; simply plug it into a USB C to charge. A full charge is achieved in just 3 hours.

Launched in March 2003 by Hugo Davidson and Malcolm McKechnie, Knog is a unique and innovative global lighting & cycling accessories brand, based in Melbourne, Australia. They strive to produce their products as environmentally friendly as possible, which are currently sold in over 60 different countries and have won over 40 international design awards.

Shipping & Delivery

Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Home Delivery of all bike brands in selected areas of Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and Geelong regions as well as Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.

Shipping
Shipped orders will be dispatched within two business days for direct to door orders excluding orders with stock located at Warehouse 2 which will dispatch within five business days. We provide free shipping on orders over $79 AUD (excluding bikes and bulky good items), Australia wide via Australia Post and TNT. For orders under $79 we charge a flat rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide ($14.95 AUD to Western Australia), via Australia Post and TNT. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, bike trailers, car racks, roof racks, child seats and some scooters. Please see the specific product page for more details.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing. If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave a card or if you have a MyPost account via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.

For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3179. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Please note, during sale periods and peak periods, dispatch of orders and delivery time may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing. Whilst we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally some products may not be available at time of processing. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via phone or e-mail.

Home Delivery Service
For Home Delivery orders, our customer service team will be in contact to coordinate a delivery time to ensure that we can deliver your goods within an agreed time window. Please note that Home Delivery Service is only available for orders that include bulky goods such as bikes, indoor trainers, baby seats, car racks and scooters within selected postcodes within the Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and Geelong Regions for a delivery fee ranging from $25 - $50. A full list of these areas and description of ‘bulky good’ items can be referenced by referring to our Home Delivery section.

Free Click & Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.

Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.

We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.

To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.

You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.

Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

If you're on a product which is currently sold out you'll see a “notify me when available” button where add to cart would usually be. Select the size and/or colour you're after and hit the notify me when available button, enter your email address and we'll let you know as soon as the item is back in stock.

Returns

In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders

For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

Online Purchases

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange please email webstore@bicyclesuperstore.com.au and include the following information:

·     Your original sales order number.

·     Which items you wish to return or exchange

·     Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive request reply.

Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.

Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Bicycle Superstore will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
