About Giro Cylinder Shoe
The Cylinder mountain bike shoe offers exceptional comfort with the quick adjustment provided by a Boa® dial. With a single dial and a set-and forget front strap, you can quickly get in your shoes and hit the trails. The Boa® L6 dial offers 1mm adjustment increments when tightening, and a macro-release function to get out of the shoe. Meanwhile, the co-molded nylon and rubber lugged outsole provides high traction and durability.
Upper Construction: Boa L6 (1mm + with macro release) retention with lower strap. Toe and heel microfiber reinforcements. Synthetic upper.
Footbed: Die-cut insoles.
Outsole: Co-molded nylon and rubber high-traction lugged outsole. Mid-foot scuff guard. Accommodates steel toe spikes.
Product Weight: 315 grams (size 42)
Boa® Dial: The BOA® Fit System provides fast, effortless, precision fit with the turn of the dial. The configuration with the stainless steel lace (CS1) and the nylon guides (Form TX) powered by the dial (L6) eliminates stretch, reduces weight and provides a finer adjustment down to the millimeter. Compared to traditional buckles L6 offers an instant “macro release” function too. BOA Dials are covered under the BOA Guarantee for the lifetime of the product.
