SyncDrive Move: Powerful SyncDrive Move rear hub motor, with 25Nm of torque, is designed for all urban terrain and hits speeds of up to 20mph with minimal pedal effort.

Smart Assist: Momentum's Smart Assist function uses 4 sensors to factor in ride speed and pedal power to automatically deliver seamless support from the motor as you pedal.

Powerful Battery: Developed in partnership with Panasonic, the powerful EnergyPak Smart 250 lithium ion battery is slim enough to stylishly conceal in the frame. The 4A charger guarantees lightning recharge in 3.4 hours, with an 80% charge achieved in just over two hours, and when fully charged, the battery offers 250 watt hours and up to 72km* (45 miles).

Disc Brakes: Hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable and stable brake control power and are easy to maintain for daily commutes.

One Button Controller: The one-button RideControl Go controller on the top tube makes it easy to activate assist mode; select from 4 ride modes and check the battery power status.

Lightweight: The lightest E-bike in the lineup just 18kgs (39.7lbs) –you can ride it easily even without pedal assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Home Delivery of all bike brands in selected areas of Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and Geelong regions as well as Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.

Shipping
Shipped orders will be dispatched within two business days for direct to door orders excluding orders with stock located at Warehouse 2 which will dispatch within five business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide ($14.95 AUD to Western Australia) for all orders (excluding bikes and bulky good items), via Australia Post and TNT. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, bike trailers, car racks, roof racks, child seats and some scooters. Please see the specific product page for more details.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing. If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave a card or if you have a MyPost account via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.

For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3179. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Please note, during sale periods and peak periods, dispatch of orders and delivery time may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing. If there is a longer than expected wait for your delivery please contact admin@bicyclesuperstore.com.au.

Home Delivery Service
For Home Delivery orders, our customer service team will be in contact to coordinate a delivery time to ensure that we can deliver your goods within an agreed time window. Please note that Home Delivery Service is only available for orders that include bulky goods such as bikes, indoor trainers, baby seats, car racks and scooters within selected postcodes within the Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and Geelong Regions for a delivery fee ranging from $50 - $80. A full list of these areas and description of ‘bulky good’ items can be referenced by referring to our Home Delivery section.

Free Click & Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.

Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.

We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.

To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.

You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.

Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

If you're on a product which is currently sold out you'll see a “notify me when available” button where add to cart would usually be. Returns

In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders

For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

Online Purchases

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange please email webstore@bicyclesuperstore.com.au and include the following information:

·     Your original sales order number.

·     Which items you wish to return or exchange

·     Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive request reply.

Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.

Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Bicycle Superstore will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
