Integrated Lights: It’s like magic - Fully integrated lighting is just one more feature to enhance your ride. Vibe is safer and more functional with head and tail lamps that announce your presence day and night. With full-time running lights and an optional high beam light Vibe is ready for the road.
IWoc Trio: Vibe’s control center is an attractive and discreet handlebar-mounted switch, putting function at your fingertips without removing your hands from the bar. On, Off and Light Control. Battery & Assist Level. Information by RGB LED. Smart & Compact.
Internal Battery: The battery is one of the most noticeable components of an eBike system, so every step has been taken to find the lightest, smallest and most discreet unit. Vibe’s Enough Energy concept provides you enough battery power, not more. It eliminates the need for a bulky, high-output battery that needs to be removed from the bike.
PAS Sensor: Vibe’s smooth and balanced assist requires an advanced sensor. Blending perfectly with our effort to create a sleek and discrete system, the cassette lock ring is replaced with a PAS sensor that monitors your pedaling input and adjusts power accordingly. 40 Pulses Per Second, Magnetised Lock Ring Sensor, Proprietary Algorithm & Electronics.
ICR Plus: Internal Cable Routing is carefully guided along the best path under the stem and through the head tube, with no rub or rattle, and is optimised for both traditional and electronic shifting systems. Proprietary headset spacers smooth airflow and offer easy adjustment.

Orbea is a Spanish bicycle manufacturer founded in 1840 by the Orbea brothers in the Basque Country. They are now Spain's largest bicycle manufacturer and have been owned by a workers co-operative since 1969. Their bikes have been used by some of the worlds top athletes such as Samuel Sánchez who won gold on his Orbea Orca Carbon at the Beijing Olympics road race along with Julien Absalon who took home the gold medal in the cross country mountain bike race aboard his Orbea Alma.

Shipping & Delivery
Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Home Delivery of all bike brands in selected areas of Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and Geelong regions as well as Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.
To ensure you receive your Christmas web order in time from Australia Post, your order must be placed by Thursday 9th December before 23:59 (excluding WA and NT) and Thursday 16th December 23:59 for Express Post orders (Victorian customers only).
Shipped orders will be dispatched within two business days for all direct to door orders. We provide free shipping on orders over $50 AUD (excluding bikes and bulky good items), Australia wide via Australia Post and Fastway. For orders under $50 we charge a flat rate of $9.95 AUD, Australia wide via Australia Post and Fastway. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, child seats and scooters.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Home Delivery Service
Home Delivery orders that are for delivery before Christmas must be placed before Friday 17th December 23:59.
For Home Delivery orders, our customer service team will be in contact to coordinate a delivery time to ensure that we can deliver your goods within an agreed time window. Please note that Home Delivery Service is only available for orders that include bulky goods such as bikes, indoor trainers, baby seats, car racks and scooters within selected postcodes within the Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and Geelong Regions for a delivery fee ranging from $25 - $50. A full list of these areas and description of ‘bulky good’ items can be referenced by referring to our Home Delivery section.
Free Click & Collect from Store
Click & Collect bike orders that are for collection before Christmas must be placed before Friday 17th December 23:59. All other in-stock Click & Collect orders will continue to be ready for our 4 Hour Express Pick Up.
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.
Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.
We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.
To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.
You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.
Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

Please note, during sale and peak periods, dispatch of orders and delivery time may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing in peak times. If there is a longer than expected wait for your delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer service team members will assist with your shipping enquiry.
Whilst we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally some products may not be available at time of processing.
If you're on a product which is currently sold out you'll see a “notify me when available” button where add to cart would usually be. Select the size and/or colour you're after and hit the notify me when available button, enter your email address and we'll let you know as soon as the item is back in stock.
In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders
For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request a return or exchange please email email@example.com and include the following information:
· Your original sales order number.
· Which items you wish to return or exchange
· Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive request reply.
Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Bicycle Superstore will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
