STORE MANAGER - FOUNTAIN GATE

Are you looking for a management role in retail? Victoria's largest chain of bicycle stores is searching for its next store manager at our Fountain Gate site. An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and experienced store retail manager. We are looking for an experienced store manager who has demonstrated the ability to achieve sales targets, build and manage customer relationships and lead a team to achieve exceptional results. You will be the type of person that does not mind the grind of daily operations and are not scared of getting your hands dirty with the ritual of cleaning and daily operating activities.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in managing high volume stores with a large range of products.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity.

  • Success in motivating and building teams and be proficient in rostering, and sales coaching.

  • A passion for store merchandising and a keen eye for detail and store presentation.
  • Managed stock inventory systems and have a high degree of experience with stock receipting, stock control and entry of stock into retail management systems.

  • Outstanding planning, organisation and time management skills.

Bicycle Superstore Nunawading is seeking an experienced Workshop Mechanic to take charge of the workshop and drive our business forward.

You will be an important member of our team, with a network of other stores behind you and support. You will be responsible for consistently performing bicycle repairs and delivering an extraordinarily high level of customer service. You should have experience in the industry, be eager and enthusiastic.  This is a Monday to Friday role and hours are flexible.

  • Experience with all facets of servicing, building and repairing bicycles is a must
