FULL TIME WORKSHOP MECHANIC

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Workshop Mechanic to join our Geelong store. You’ll be a key contributor to our workshop operations — delivering high quality servicing, repairs and bike builds while offering outstanding customer service.
If you love hands on work, enjoy problem solving, and want to build a long term career in the cycling industry, this role offers real potential.
You’re Someone Who…
• Has proven experience servicing, repairing, and building bicycles
• Delivers consistent, high quality workmanship
• Takes pride in a clean, organised, and efficient workshop
• Communicates clearly with customers and team members
• Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Brings energy, enthusiasm and a team first mindset
• Ideally has retail or customer service experience

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right bicycles, accessories, and gear to meet their needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Perform inventory management and restocking tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay updated on the latest cycling trends, products, and industry developments.
Requirements
• Passion for cycling and a good understanding of bicycle types, accessories, and components.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
