Aerodynamics is on a new level: Because every watt counts, we have further developed the GameChanger TT time trial helmet.

When it Comes to Watts
The lightweight GameChanger TT 1.1 brings optimised aerodynamics to the track so that you don't lose a second.

This is ensured by the flexible and soft EVA tail at the rear of the helmet. It prevents air turbulence between the neck and helmet from slowing you down. Thanks to the streamlined multi-position design, you can even tilt your head during the race without having to take any noticeable losses in aerodynamics.

And you can click the Fidlock magnetic fastener under your chin in an instant so that it takes no time to put on your helmet. You can also easily attach or remove the visor with holding magnets. Three visor variants are available: Clear with clear glass, Smoke with tinted glass or Chrome as a mirrored variant.

For optimum ventilation, the bike helmet has a large air inlet so that you can keep a cool head on the hottest rides.

The GameChanger TT 1.1 time trial helmet comes in a custom case - so you can transport it safely and conveniently.

Ponytail Fit: thanks to the opening in the height-adjustable adjustment system, the helmet is also suitable for long hairstyles such as ponytails, buns, or braids

Acti Cage: allows larger ventilation openings combined with high stability thanks to foamed-in structural reinforcement

Forced Air Cooling: the ventilation openings are connected to each other via channels on the inside to guide incoming air through the helmet and thus ensure maximum air circulation and a pleasant head climate

Magnetic visor: visor attached by magnets to protect the eyes from wind, rain and insects - easily removable and replaceable

Zoom Spin adjustment system: rotary wheel at the back of the head for individual adjustment of the helmet to the head size

Stitched straps: for optimum aerodynamics, the straps are sewn and therefore do not require any strap dividers - this means they fit particularly snugly and do not flap while riding

Floating Pad: padding on the inside of the helmet, which is clicked into place via several attachment points, making it more flexible and offering better ventilation and greater wear comfort

Removable, washable pads: can be removed and washed by hand or replaced if necessary

Flow Straps: aerodynamic straps for low flow resistance, less noise and high wear comfort

Magnetic buckle: the straps are fitted with a high-quality, magnetic FIDLOCK buckle to enable the chin buckle to be opened with one hand, even when wearing gloves

In-mould process: production process in which the inner cushioning material made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) is foamed directly into the outer shell made of polycarbonate (PC) - this creates a durable and robust connection

Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.

Shipping
Shipped orders will be dispatched within five business days for direct to door orders excluding orders with stock located at Warehouse 2 which will dispatch within seven business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide ($14.95 AUD to Western Australia) for all orders (excluding bikes and bulky good items), via Australia Post and TNT. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, bike trailers, car racks, roof racks, child seats and some scooters. Please see the specific product page for more details.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing. If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave a card or if you have a MyPost account via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.

Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.

For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3179. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Free Click & Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.

Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.

We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.

To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.

You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.

Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders

For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

Online Purchases

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange please email webstore@bicyclesuperstore.com.au and include the following information:

·     Your original sales order number.

·     Which items you wish to return or exchange

·     Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive request reply.

Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.

Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Bicycle Superstore will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
