Making any upgrade to cockpit the rider must look for a part that will elevate the performance of the bike. The X01 EAGLET shifter upholds the latest and greatest in shifter technology. With a forged aluminium trigger to hold up to the demands of daily torment and an enhanced lever feel rolling on sealed cartridge bearings, offering more precision through the range of its movement. The X01 EAGLET shifter ensures that the rider is making the best possible choice for their personal setup.
MatchMakerTX
The MatchMakerTX clamp is more than just a clamp since each clamp accepts up to three controls. The rider can put anything from their SRAM shifters, SRAM brake levers, XLoc suspension to their AVID brakes and reverb XLoc remote lockout, all on only two clamps. Putting everything in reach of the riders thumbs and fingers.
X-ACTUATION
Developed specifically for the SRAM 1x Drivetrains. X-ACTUATION keeps shifting sharp and consistent across the enTyre cassette.
Zero Loss
Zero loss is exactly what is says on the package. When the rider pushes on the lever for either and up shift or downshift. The cable is engaged instantly, no loss of movement through the system. No middle ground where the rider is waiting for the shift to shift. Gear changes are precise and instant.

EAGLET Technology represents the newest in 1x drivetrain technology. Being lighter, simpler, more durable, and easier to use. EAGLET Features all the newest technological advancements, engineered for durability and performance whilst maintaining a significant weight benefit. EAGLET Also provides a 500% increase of range which is equal to a 2x11 Drivetrain.
Colour Match Galore
The GX EAGLET shifter comes in the Master GX EAGLET colour way to ensure colour continuity throughout the bike to which it is attached.
Shipping & Delivery
Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.
Shipping
Shipped orders will be dispatched within five business days for direct to door orders excluding orders with stock located at Warehouse 2 which will dispatch within seven business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide ($14.95 AUD to Western Australia) for all orders (excluding bikes and bulky good items), via Australia Post and TNT. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, bike trailers, car racks, roof racks, child seats and some scooters. Please see the specific product page for more details.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing. If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave a card or if you have a MyPost account via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.

Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.
For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3179. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Free Click & Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.
Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.
We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.
To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.
You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.
Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

If you're on a product which is currently sold out you'll see a “notify me when available” button where add to cart would usually be. Select the size and/or colour you're after and hit the notify me when available button, enter your email address and we'll let you know as soon as the item is back in stock.
Returns
In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders
For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.
Online Purchases
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request a return or exchange please email webstore@bicyclesuperstore.com.au and include the following information:
· Your original sales order number.
· Which items you wish to return or exchange
· Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive request reply.
Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Bicycle Superstore will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
