Addict 20 distills all the top-tier performance-focused features that make racing bikes so potent into an all-around platform that more riders can enjoy without feeling the need to be in pro-level shape. Its HMF carbon layup is light like a racing bike but has enough engineered vertical compliance and comfort to give Addict 20 a delightfully supple ride quality. Paired with a more relaxed and upright geo and new tyre clearance for 38mm tires, Addict 20 is a highly versatile road bike that hedges the lines between performance road and all-road capacity.

On the ride, Addict 20 responds equally well to your soft-pedal Sunday legs or harder revs as you animate a group ride or make a run at a KOM. It's quick and responsive under load, happily stable at low cadence and low power rides, and doesn't feel the least unnerved carving a hairpin down a canyon road. It loves all rides just as much as you do.

Addict 20 goes where you go, how you go, and as long you go. And if you go too long, the frame-stowed Save-The-Day Kit unpacks to rescue you with a tube, tyre lever, and mini-pump. Addict 20 comes equipped with Shimano's mid-tier workhorse Ultegra Di2 electric 2x groupset and fast and stable Fulcrum Wind 42 disc wheels on Schwalbe ONE tyres for going long at any speed you choose.

Scott Sports was founded in 1958 by Ed Scott in Idaho, USA and operates its headquarters from Givisiez, Switzerland. They produce bicycle, wintersport, motorsport and running equipment. They are known for their innovative products which have been used to win world championships and races at the highest level.

Shipping & Delivery

Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.

Shipping
Shipped orders will be dispatched within five business days for direct to door orders excluding orders with stock located at Warehouse 2 which will dispatch within seven business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide ($14.95 AUD to Western Australia) for all orders (excluding bikes and bulky good items), via Australia Post and TNT. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, bike trailers, car racks, roof racks, child seats and some scooters. Please see the specific product page for more details.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing. If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave a card or if you have a MyPost account via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.

Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.

For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3179. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Free Click & Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.

Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.

We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.

To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.

You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.

Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

If you're on a product which is currently sold out you'll see a “notify me when available” button where add to cart would usually be. Select the size and/or colour you're after and hit the notify me when available button, enter your email address and we'll let you know as soon as the item is back in stock.

Returns

In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders

For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

Online Purchases

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange please email webstore@bicyclesuperstore.com.au and include the following information:

·     Your original sales order number.

·     Which items you wish to return or exchange

·     Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive request reply.

Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.

Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Bicycle Superstore will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
