The NEW Wahoo ELEMNT ROAM GPS bike computer is built for the ride.

It includes Dual-Band GPS & updated smart navigation features to allow for on-device navigation including "Back on Track" re-routing which will get you to your destination even if you veer off course.

When combined with the crystal clear 2.7" Gorilla Glass display, it makes seeing your routes and data easier, so you can go back to focusing on your ride. The ELEMNT ROAM also includes an ambient light sensor, so the screen backlight and LED lights will automatically adjust based on lighting conditions both indoors and outdoors. With a longer battery life, you can explore for up to 17 hours before you need to recharge.

Public Route Sharing: ELEMNT Public Route Sharing will allow a user to mark any route in the ELEMNT app as 'public' for a specified period of time. Once that route is shared, it will be shown as available to any other ELEMNT user within 2km and can be loaded to the recipients ELEMNT.

SUMMIT Climbing: The Summit climbing feature adds colour-coded gradients to the grade data field and elevation chart on the climbing page when riding a 3rd party route or Strava segment.

Navigation Features
TrainerRoad Planned Workouts: Now get your favorite indoor workouts outdoors directly on your ELEMNT GPS Bike Computer. Sync up to 3 days of planned workouts to your ELEMNT device by authorising your TrainerRoad account through the ELEMNT Companion App.

Varia Rear-View Radar Compatibility: Compatible with ANT+ Radar systems including the Garmin Varia: See real-time proximity of approaching vehicles shown on the screen of your ELEMNT ROAM GPS.

'Get Me Started' (Route to Starting Point): Generates turn-by-turn directions to the start of a selected route.

'Route to Start' (Shortest Route): Exlcusive to ELEMNT ROAM, Route to Start is an on-device navigation feature that will find the shortest way back to the start of your ride and create turn-by-turn directions. No need to follow the same route back home!

'Back on Track' (On-Demand Routing): Make a wrong turn or take a detour off your route? Back on Track will automatically reroute you back onto your selected route.

'Take Me To' (On-Demand Route Generation): Get turn-by-turn directions by selecting a location on the device using the new Pan and Zoom Feature, or type a location into the Companion App.

Saved Locations: Save your favourite locations either directly on the ELEMNT ROAM or in the Companion App so you can easily generate routes on the fly.

Wahoo Fitness is a tech-fitness company founded in 2009 and based in Atlanta, Georgia. Specializing in indoor bike trainers, GPS bike computers, heart rate monitors, apps, and sensors for cyclists, runners, and fitness enthusiasts.

Shipping & Delivery

Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Home Delivery of all bike brands in selected areas of Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and Geelong regions as well as Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.

Shipping
Shipped orders will be dispatched within two business days for direct to door orders excluding orders with stock located at Warehouse 2 which will dispatch within five business days. We provide free shipping on orders over $79 AUD (excluding bikes and bulky good items), Australia wide via Australia Post and TNT. For orders under $79 we charge a flat rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide ($14.95 AUD to Western Australia), via Australia Post and TNT. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, bike trailers, car racks, roof racks, child seats and some scooters. Please see the specific product page for more details.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing. If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave a card or if you have a MyPost account via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.

For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3179. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Home Delivery Service
For Home Delivery orders, our customer service team will be in contact to coordinate a delivery time to ensure that we can deliver your goods within an agreed time window. Please note that Home Delivery Service is only available for orders that include bulky goods such as bikes, indoor trainers, baby seats, car racks and scooters within selected postcodes within the Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and Geelong Regions for a delivery fee ranging from $25 - $50. A full list of these areas and description of ‘bulky good’ items can be referenced by referring to our Home Delivery section.

Free Click & Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.

Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.

We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.

To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.

You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.

Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

Returns

In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders

For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

Online Purchases

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange please email webstore@bicyclesuperstore.com.au and include the following information:

·     Your original sales order number.

·     Which items you wish to return or exchange

·     Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive request reply.

Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.

Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Bicycle Superstore will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
