Standard Shipping: To ensure you receive your Christmas web order in time from Australia Post, WA & NT orders must be placed before Thursday 14th December, all other states must place their orders before Monday 18th December.

Express Post: Orders for WA & NT must be placed before Tuesday 19th December, all other states must place their Express Post orders before Wednesday 20th December.

Please note: The dates provided above are for items posted to metro locations. If you’re ordering to outside a metro area, we recommend posting even earlier.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect bike orders that are for collection before Christmas must be placed before Thursday 21st December.

Other In-stock Click & Collect orders will continue to be ready for our 4 Hour Express Pick Up (to check if an item is available for 4 Hour Click & Collect reference our Find In Store button on the product page of the item you're ordering and check the location you'll be collecting from).

Local Home Delivery

Home Delivery orders that are for delivery before Christmas must be placed before Monday 18th December. Please note that our Home Delivery Service is only available for orders that include bulky goods such as bikes, indoor trainers, baby seats and car racks within selected postcodes of Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and Geelong areas.
