The SCOTT Addict Gravel 20 is a pure gravel bike engineered for daily escapes off-road and light multi-day tours. Loaded with winning features from Scott's top-tier model, it’s a featherweight design with rock‑solid stability and capacity to gear up for epic gravel.

Quick, nimble, and instantly familiar handling is thanks to the HMF carbon frame, which blends balance, comfort, and off-road-specific design. Comfort and stability for the most rugged routes is unlocked with Addict Gravel’s massive 50mm tyres, but you can blow that out even further thanks to a total clearance of up to 57mm.

Beneath its sleek, internally routed silhouette lies a payload of off-road support. The downtube storage holds what you need, like tools and spares. In the bar ends, a handlebar tool tucks away out of sight, while the fork offers extra bottle‑cage mounts. Under the top tube, a dedicated insert accommodates a frame bag for hauling a bit more for dawn-to-dusk epics or a credit-card tour.

Crisp and confident shifting and gearing range for off-road comes from SRAM’s gravel‑focused, FORCE XPLR AXS drivetrain, with a 10‑46t cassette paired to a full‑mount rear derailleur. Shipping & Delivery

Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.

Shipping
Shipped orders will be dispatched within five business days for direct to door orders excluding orders with stock located at Warehouse 2 which will dispatch within seven business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide ($14.95 AUD to Western Australia) for all orders (excluding bikes and bulky good items), via Australia Post and TNT. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, bike trailers, car racks, roof racks, child seats and some scooters. Please see the specific product page for more details.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing. If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave a card or if you have a MyPost account via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.

Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.

For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3179. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Free Click & Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.

Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.

We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.

To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.

You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.

Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders

For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

Online Purchases

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

·     Which items you wish to return or exchange

·     Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.
