The SCOTT Spark DC Factory takes everything Scott know about cross-country dominance and applies it to a design built for bigger trails. Engineered with greater suspension travel for harder-hitting terrain and paired with race-inspired performance, it's a platform purpose-built for deep missions into the mountain.

Every detail is considered to help you flow, climb, jump, and descend with equal confidence. A low center of mass creates a planted, controlled ride and a stable pedaling platform that keeps you grounded through the chaos-with no wasted energy. The lightweight, responsive feel comes courtesy of an HMX carbon frame engineered to make every gram count, delivering a ride worthy of the Spark legacy.

The suspension design draws directly from what Scott have learned at the World Cup level across both XC and Downhill. The result is a 140mm front and 135mm rear short-travel setup that refuses to be pigeonholed. RockShox's Pike trail fork and SIDLuxe XL shock-both with electronically controlled Ultimate Flight Attendant-adapt in real time to the terrain ahead, so you can open it up and ride without limits, knowing the ideal suspension setting is always dialed in.

Equipped with SRAM's XX SL Eagle AXS Transmission drivetrain with power meter and Syncros Silverton CF1 wheels, the bike delivers a taste of World Cup racing performance on every trail you choose.

Its capability extends well beyond setting a high pace. Generous mounting points support a full bikepacking setup for multi-day escapes, while integrated frame storage keeps your MTB essentials close-like our Save The Day kit. And when it's time for maintenance, suspension adjustments and component swaps are straightforward by design-so you can set the bike up exactly how you like it and get back on the trail with minimal interruption.

Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.

Shipping
Shipped orders will be dispatched within five business days for direct to door orders excluding orders with stock located at Warehouse 2 which will dispatch within seven business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide ($14.95 AUD to Western Australia) for all orders (excluding bikes and bulky good items), via Australia Post and TNT. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, bike trailers, car racks, roof racks, child seats and some scooters. Please see the specific product page for more details.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing. If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave a card or if you have a MyPost account via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.

Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.

For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3179. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Free Click & Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.

Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.

We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.

To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.

You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.

Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

Returns

In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders

For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

Online Purchases

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

·     Which items you wish to return or exchange

·     Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.
